Newcastle City Council (''the Lead Authority'') is acting as the Lead Authority on behalf of the North East Procurement Organisation (NEPO) and its Member Authorities, in respect of the procurement of a Framework Agreement (Contract) for the delivery and collection of Aggregates, Concrete and Mortar and associated products.


Lot 1 - Durham North - bulk cement

Newcastle City Council is acting as the Lead Authority on behalf of the North East Procurement Organisation (NEPO) and its Member Authorities to establish a Framework Agreement (the Contract) for the supply of Aggregates, Concrete and Mortar, and associated products for the region. The Framework Agreement (the Contract) will be for a period of 24 months with two x 12-month options to extend. The Framework Agreement also includes an element that allows NEPO Associate Members to utilise the national Lot.


Lot 10 - Durham North - surface dressing
