Provision of construction insurance services: Damage-works – All risk construction site – non-director builder.

The services to be performed are described in the documents of the framework agreement and in particular the Special Technical Clauses (CCTP).

The purpose of this framework agreement is the conclusion of insurance contracts in connection with the construction and construction and/or rehabilitation of collective and/or individual residential buildings, demolitions, with or without home ownership.

However, it is specified that the main mission of the OPH of the Greater Nancy Metropolis is the management of a real estate portfolio for rent. The construction of housing for home ownership is possible, but on an exceptional basis.
