The subject of the contract is the provision of cleaning services for facilities and external areas to the Chamber of Tax Administration in Lublin within a period of 12 months. The subject of the contract was divided into 5 parts, marked with numbers from "I" to "V" covering the ordering party's facilities in locations according to the addresses indicated in the descriptions of individual parts. The provision of cleaning services of facilities and external sites for a period of 12 months — Part I.The subject of the contract is the provision of cleaning services for the facilities and external areas of the Tax Administration Chamber in Lublin (including the premises of the Second Tax Office in Lublin), the First Tax Office in Lublin (including the location in Świdnik), the Third Tax Office in Lublin, the Tax Office in Lubartów, the Tax Administration Chamber in Lublin building in Lubartów, the Tax Office in Łęczna, the Lublin Tax Office in Lublin, organizational units of the Lublin Customs and Tax Office in Biała Podlaska located in Lublin – for a period of 12 months.

Providing a service to maintain the cleanliness of facilities and external sites for a period of 12 months — Part II.The subject of the contract is the service of maintaining the cleanliness of facilities and external areas of tax offices in: Biała Podlaska, Łuków, Parczew, Radzyń Podlaski and organizational units of the Lublin Customs and Tax Office in Biała Podlaska located in Biała Podlaska, Terespol (Błotków) and Koroszczyna – over a period of 12 months.

Providing a service to maintain the cleanliness of facilities and external sites over a period of 12 months — Part III.The subject of the contract is the service of maintaining the cleanliness of facilities and external areas of the Tax Offices in Zamość, Biłgoraj, Hrubieszów and Tomaszów Lubelski as well as organizational units of the Lublin Customs and Tax Office in Biała Podlaska located in Zamość, Hrubieszów (Gródek) and Tomaszów Lubelski – over a period of 12 months.
