Monitoring of conservation status of natural habitats 7210 and 7230 in the Wielkopolska part of Natura 2000 Lake Gopło PLH040007Area of implementation of individual parts of the subject of the order
For Part I
Assessment of conservation status of natural habitats 7210 and 7230 designated in conservation activities No. 30 and 31 in order of Regional Director of Environmental Protection in Poznań and Regional Director of Environmental Protection in Bydgoszcz of 3 April 2014 on the establishment of a conservation task plan for Natura 2000 Lake Gopło PLH 040007 (Journal of Journal of Laws Woj. In 2014, item 2163, dated 2015 item 5673) should be performed on certain positions in Natura 2000, located in the Wielkopolska Voivodeship. The Contracting Authority will make available a vector layer of natural habitats, which will be the basis for designation of research sites (FL. 1 to OPZ).
Applicable to Part I — IX: The assessment of the conservation status should be made in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 17 February 2010 on the drawing up of a draft conservation task plan for Natura 2000 (Journal of Laws No. 34, item 186 as amended). The total assessment of the conservation status of natural habitat in the area should be derived from partial assessments made at research sites.
In addition, the Contracting Authority will make available the results of previous field tests, including conservation status assessments, for Parts I — VIII after signing an agreement with the Contractor.
Applicable to Part I — IX: For each research position, the contractor will provide field observation forms described in the methodical guides developed for the State Environmental Monitoring of the PMŚ.
In the absence of a finding of the occurrence of a natural habitat/species in the locations indicated, the Contractor shall be obliged to draw up simplified field observation forms containing at least the following information:
(a) the name and code of the natural habitat/species given in earlier studies;
(b) in the case of natural habitats: the name of the real vegetation unit (name of a plant assembly or plant community, together with association belonging to the compound, possibly the name of the compound itself);
(c) the date of field tests;
(d) the position coordinates in the PL-1992 system;
(e) in the observations of the form will explain whether, in the light of available knowledge, the research site has disappearance of the previously identified natural habitat/species together with the justification of why and a proposal for measures to restore it (where possible) or at the position research research has not previously found natural habitat/species and we are dealing with an error in identification.
Applies to Part I — IX: A component component of field observation forms is a list of current impacts; the contractor will supplement this list with potential impacts. When identifying the impacts, it is necessary to take into account primarily those of the nature of threats, divided into internal and external. A factor currently adversely affecting the conservation status of natural habitat, resulting from natural causes or human activities, should be understood as potential hazards to mean a factor whose negative impact on the conservation status of the species is probable in the future, arising from natural causes or from human activity.
Applicable to Part I — VIII: Verify the information contained in the conservation task plan for conservation objectives and conservation activities for natural habitats/species — if the assessment of conservation status and identified risks is necessary. The objectives of conservation measures must be formulated to be measurable and verifiable, e.g. lowering the underline short circuit to 20%, reducing the number of invasive species X by half, etc. The objectives should be related to protective actions for their implementation, e.g. the objective: lowering the underline short circuit to 20% → protective action: cutting bushes on an area of 2.5 hectares.

Recognize the occurrence of narrowed pupa in Natura 2000 area outside sites administered by PGL LP, including estimation of species numbers in Natura 2000 area and recognizing the occurrence of existing and potential habitats in Natura 2000 area. to carry out field tests on a representative number of monitoring posts. Representativeness should be understood as the number of positions suitable for the total number and size of positions and the availability of species habitat in Natura 2000 area. The placement of posts must be dispersed throughout the area of species occurrence in the area.
The spatial range of Natura 2000 area excluding PGL LP sites is set out in Annex 9 to the OPZ.
(a) the name and code of the natural habitat/species given in earlier studies;
(b) in the case of natural habitats: the name of the real vegetation unit (name of a plant assembly or plant community, together with association belonging to the compound, possibly the name of the compound itself);
(c) the date of field tests;
(d) the position coordinates in the PL-1992 system;
