The subject of the contract is the winter maintenance of roads in the city of Zabrze in the winter season 2022/2023 divided into parts:

part A - Winter road maintenance in the city of Zabrze in the winter season 2022/2023

part B - Winter road maintenance in the city of Zabrze in the winter season 2022/2023

in the manner specified in the detailed description of the subject of the contract.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex 1 A to the SWZ and Annex 2 to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract is the winter maintenance of roads in the city of Zabrze in the winter season 2022/2023 divided into parts:

part A - Winter road maintenance in the city of Zabrze in the winter season 2022/2023

in the manner specified in the detailed description of the subject of the contract.

The Contracting Authority provides for the award of contracts consisting in the repetition of similar services (specified in point 5 of the SWZ and in detail in the Description of the subject of the contract).

The Contracting Authority provides that the value of these services may amount to a maximum of 100% of the value of the basic contract for this contract. The total value was taken into account in the calculation of the value of the basic contract.

The procedure for awarding a contract consisting in the recurrence of similar services may be initiated on the basis of the justification approved by the Contracting Authority for the need to implement them and after securing the appropriate funds.

The award of the contract will be preceded by the conduct of the procedure in free hand, after negotiations with the Contractor have been negotiated.

The Ordering Party provides for the obligation to lodge a deposit for part A in the amount of: PLN 34,000.00
