1.The subject of this order pn.” Reconstruction of the tram line in Śmigłego-Rydza from Przybyszewskiego Street to Dąbrowskiego Street are construction work consisting in: reconstruction of the tram line along with the expansion of the existing road and track system within Śmigłego-Rydza section from Przybyszewski Street (with the junction) to Dąbrowskiego Street (without intersection) with the reconstruction of the traction substation building “Wacława” and the reconstruction of the traction substation building “Zapolska.
2.The order should be carried out in accordance with the detailed description of the object of the contract in Annex 1 to SWZ — Description of the object of the contract and on the terms set out in Annex No 2 — Designed provisions of the contract.

The scope of works includes:
- Expansion of public national road no. 14, Marshal Edward Śmigłe-Rydza al on the section from the junction with Przybyszewskiego Street to the junction with General Jarosława Dąbrowskiego Street.
- Reconstruction of public county road Przybyszewskiego Street in the area of reconstruction of intersection inlets with Marshal Edward Śmigłe-Rydza al.
- Reconstruction of the building of the rectifier station “Wenceslaus”, located in Łódź at 7 Wacława Street on plot no. 54, 44/2 within W-28.
- Reconstruction of the building of the rectifier station “Zapolska”, located in Łódź at 11/13 Zapolska Street on plot no. 61/2 within G-17.
The order shall be carried out in accordance with the detailed description of the object of the contract set out in Annex 1 to SWZ — Description of the subject of the contract and on the terms set out in Annex 2 — Designed provisions of the contract.
