New construction of the tennis hall in Eching - property planning services.

The municipality of Eching intends to build a replacement tennis hall with a functional wing, gymnasium and apartments in Eching. In June 2018, the original tennis hall completely burned down due to an unexplained cause, so a new replacement building should be built quickly.

GFA - total gross floor area 3 001.57 m 2nd :

- Triple tennis hall 2 316.56 m 2nd ;

- Gymnastics hall 114.06 m 2nd ;

- Functional wing 287.18 m 2nd ;

- 3 apartments 283.77 m 2nd .

Object planning services according to § 34 HOAI, LPH 3-9 and special services are provided for this measure, service phases 1 and 2 have already been performed.

The service phases are commissioned in stages:

- Start of construction: 03/2021;

- End of construction: 07/2022.
