The object of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement with a term of 4 years from January 1, 2022 for building cleaning services (house, glass and grey cleaning) as well as cleaning of non-public roads, parking lots and parking spaces in new and purchased properties. It is planned to conclude a framework agreement with up to 3 suitable companies. In the context of individual calls, object-specific individual contracts are to be concluded with companies.
In principle, a mini-competition is sought for the objects/individual call-offs to be awarded. For this purpose, all framework contract partners are requested to submit an object-specific offer. The award criterion for the mini-competition is exclusively the price for the object-specific offer. The most economical bidder is awarded the contract for the specific object.
