Project management contract for the rehabilitation of twelve buildings for residential use in the Billotte gendarmerie district in Réole (33).

This contract relates to the rehabilitation of the enclosed and covered area of twelve residential buildings of the Billotte gendarmerie barracks and consequently its energy improvement for a sustainable operation. The purpose of this consultation is to manage this operation, integrating the following basic missions: DIAG (diagnostic), APS, APD, PRO, DCE, DQE AMT, OPC, VISA, DET, AOR with follow-up of the GPA ( Perfect completion guarantee). The additional missions are as follows:

- Diagnostic studies (DIA) with readings;

- scheduling, steering and coordination mission (OPC);

- mission to prepare the Estimated Quantitative Detail (DQE).

Estimated amount for the renovation of the enclosed and covered areas is 4,100,000 EUR including tax.
