The subject of this procedure is the award of the specialist planning services of the technical building equipment, plant groups 1 to 5 (HLS and electrical) in the work phases 1 to 9 for the renovation of several buildings of the vocational school centre in Überlingen.

The district of Bodenseekreis is planning renovation work at the vocational school center Überlingen.

At the Constantin Vanotti School and the Marie Curie School - Building D, among other things, the ventilation facilities and summer thermal insulation in the classrooms are to be improved. Decentralised ventilation systems are planned for this purpose. In addition, an electrical renovation of the classrooms and the extension of the fire alarm system are carried out.

Some of the planned measures are to be implemented as early as 2023. Further tenders for the necessary construction work are to be issued from January 2024. The aim is a gradual implementation of the requested measures by the end of 2025.

The measures should meet the requirements of the federal government, the state and the Lake Constance district for sustainability and energy saving. The concerns of fire protection and the school building guidelines must be taken into account.

The renovation of the buildings takes place during ongoing operation.

For the planned renovation work, an application for funding according to VwV SchulBau was applied for in 2022 at the state of Baden-Württemberg.

The Lake Constance district expects investments (KG 400) of around 2.8 million euros gross.

The focus of the overall measures is on specialist planning for building services. Therefore, the superordinate coordination and scheduling are to be carried out as special services.

A phased assignment is intended. There is no entitlement to further commissioning.

Service provision is expected to begin in mid/late July 2023.
