Nkom intends to enter into a contract for consultancy services. The assignment includes

carrying out an independent evaluation of the government grant scheme for

broad band development in Norway (hereafter called the grant scheme). The purpose of

the assignment is to gather information, quantitative evidence and result indicators that can

be used to evaluate the scheme's implementation, form, its compliance with

the government support rules and to evaluate to what degree the grant scheme has fulfilled its aim. The evaluation report shall follow an ex-post approach, by evaluating

the grant scheme as it has been implemented up until today. The results of the evaluation will be published on the website Nkom, www.nkom.no The report will be published and will be available for later use.
