Survey of requirements and conceptual design, piloting- Joint definition of low-threshold and frequently usable administrative services for the terminals with the participating cities/municipalities/district administration in several workshops (Lot 1)
- If necessary, production, delivery and installation of more customizable citizen terminals (with integrated pick-up compartments) for 6 municipalities in the district of Mayen-Koblenz (lot 2)
- Citizen terminals can contain compartments of different sizes and map different application processes from different areas of application
