I.1.1) Purpose of the contract

This contract is a service contract for the designation of a project author for the creation of a new basic school (kindergarten and primary school), including the surrounding areas (recreation courses, courtyards, parking...).

This new school will replace the basic communal schools of Dorinne and Spontin, which are already administratively merged today.

The will of the municipality is to maintain the spirit of a family and rural school by combining two settlements in a new complex well located geographically, offering all the guarantees in terms of energy performance and all the technical and educational features that a new construction can offer.

The new school must be able to accommodate 180 students.

This project is subsidized by the Wallonia Brussels Federation as part of its traditional programme (school infrastructure) and will have to meet the standards set by it.

I.1.2) Scope of Mission

The project author's mission includes all the services related to a full mission.

The skills required for this market are architecture, building stability, special techniques, ILL, roads, health safety coordination and mobility, as well as public procurement.
