The purpose of the Framework Agreement is to maintain the fleet of vehicles of the Régie Régionale des Transports d'Ille-et-Vilaine (hereinafter Illevia). It consists of three lots with the following characteristics:
- Lot 1: Maintenance, bodywork, painting, adhesive and replacement of windows for coaches,
- Lot 2: Maintenance and supply services for tyres for coaches and light vehicles,
- Lot 3: Maintenance services for air conditioning and autonomous heating systems for coaches.
the Services are intended for ILLEVIA, in its capacity as contracting entity as defined in Article L. 1212-1 of the CCP.
The Framework Agreement was entered into by the CATP as part of its centralised purchasing activity as provided for in Article L. 2113-2 2° of the CCP.
It was passed according to the procedure with negotiation pursuant to Articles L. 2124-3 and R. 2161-21 to R. 2161-23 of the CCP
