The RVK is planning to build a "Training and Further Education Centre for Climate Neutral and Digital Mobility" (AWM). The focus is on the expansion of a digital and sustainable local transport infrastructure with the three building blocks: the construction of an education center, the construction of a driving safety and test site for heavy goods traffic and autonomous driving, and a "Competence Center for Public Transport" (with operating area, repair and training facilities). The intention is to plan and design the AWM sustainably and "greenly" so that it can be supplied without the destruction of natural resources. Hereto
general planning services are required.
A filling station infrastructure for hydrogen and CNG will also be built on the site. The general planner must coordinate with the service providers for the filling station infrastructure regarding any interfaces.
The RVK plans to build an "Education and Training Centre for Climate Neutral and Digital Mobility" (AWM)
on a total area of about 50,000 square meters (possibly expansion area of about 14,000 square meters).
Components of the AWM are the three building blocks:
- an educational centre with a total area of approx. 1,500 sqm and a maximum height of four storeys,
- a driving safety or test site for heavy goods traffic and autonomous driving with a
(anticipated) Area of approx. 100m x 245m,
- a "public transport competence centre" with a bus workshop for up to 100 vehicles with alternative
Drive forms as well as a learning workshop.
The intention is to make the AWM sustainable so that it supplies itself without the destruction of natural resources and meets the requirements of climate neutrality. This requires general planning services.
