Concession, through project finance pursuant to art. 183, c. 15 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, with pre-emption rights in favor of the promoter, of “Plant management and maintenance services technological and fire protection, supply of energy carriers, energy efficiency activities and regulatory adaptation of properties owned or in the availability of the Municipality of Sanremo” - CIG code: 90200436F4 - CUP code: G29J21014470004

The following benefits are the subject of the concession:

a) the operation and maintenance of thermal, electrical and photovoltaic systems, including the supply of energy carriers, and the management and maintenance of the technological systems of the buildings owned municipal, in accordance with the provisions of the Promoter's proposal and what is offered during the tender, for a period of 15 years;

b) the design, financing, construction and extraordinary maintenance of interventions for regulatory adaptation of fire-fighting systems and energy efficiency of the plants according to what is foreseen in the Promoter's proposal and what is offered during the tender.

In addition to what is stated in the documentation that is part of the Proposal based on the tender, it is mandatory, for the successful tenderer, the following:

- taking into account the duration of the assignment, it is requested that the control and maintenance activities of systems, equipment and other fire safety systems in the workplace are requested to be adapted to the provisions of the Decree of 1 September 2021 “General criteria for the control and maintenance of systems, equipment and other fire safety systems, pursuant to Article 46, paragraph 3, letter a), point 3, of Legislative Decree no. 81 of 9 April 2008”, published in the Official Gazette no. 230 of 25/9/2021, starting from its entry into force set for 25/09/2022;

- the burden of replacing his representative or site manager or any other person belonging to his staff in the event of an express request to that effect by the Works manager or of the contracting body;

- fire-fighting systems must comply with the provisions set out in the “Specific Supplementary Specifications for Fire Fighting Systems” which is part of the tender documentation.

The Municipality of Sanremo reserves the right to entrust the successful tenderer with the provision of the additional services referred to in the “Additional Services” Annex.

The Municipality also reserves the right to extend the perimeter of the concession to the Casa Serena property
