The purpose of this contract is the long-term and short-term rental of new and used vehicles for the services of the City of Chaville. The supply of vehicles on a long-term rental basis is accompanied by related services intended for the use of the City's services (servicing, maintenance, assistance)

The contract concerned is a framework agreement for the supply of a single contractor. It is processed on the basis of purchase orders on the basis of the prices indicated in the unit price list, with no minimum amount but with a maximum amount of €1,000,000 excluding tax over the entire duration of the contract, in accordance with the provisions of Articles R.2162-2 to R.2162-6, and R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. The contract will take effect from the date of notification for a firm period of five (5) years. The value of the contract is estimated at 750,000 euro(s) (excl. VAT).
