The object of this contract is the supply, delivery, assembly and installation of furniture for the various services and structures of the City of Crépy-en-Valois and its Communal Center for Social Action (kindergartens, elementary schools , children's structures, administrative and cultural services, etc.), for a maximum period of four years from the date of receipt by the holder of the contract notification. This consultation is carried out within the framework of a grouping of orders in accordance with articles L. 2113-6 to L. 2113-8 and R. 2332-15 of the public order code. The City of Crépy-en-Valois is appointed “coordinator of the grouping of orders” and is responsible for carrying out the entire procurement procedure in the name and on behalf of the CCAS. The amount of services, all packages combined, for the total duration of the framework agreement (four years): 540,000 EUR excluding tax.
