Vann- og avløpsetaten (VAV) has many minor assignments throughout the year for the establishment of water and sewage installations by conventional excavation and bulging, including the re-establishment of roads and green areas, the establishment/renovation/alteration of single manholes and large manholes cast on site, such as measuring and reducing manholes. The framework agreements will enable efficient contract signings for such assignments. VAV will carry out the engineering design services and prepare drawings, Safety, health and work environment documentation (Norwegian: SHA), the Environmental Monitoring Plan (Norwegian: MOP) (where required), and a description of each individual assignment based on the attached description of quantity.

Vann- og avløpsetaten (VAV) has many minor assignments throughout the year for the establishment of water and sewage installations by conventional excavation and bulging, including the re-establishment of roads and green areas, the establishment/renovation/alteration of single manholes and large manholes cast on site, such as measuring and reducing manholes. The framework agreements will enable efficient contract signings for such assignments.
VAV has previously had a framework agreement with a contractor for excavation and light layer jobs, and the new contracts will replace the previous contract.
VAV will carry out the engineering design services and prepare drawings, Safety, health and work environment documentation (Norwegian: SHA), the Environmental Monitoring Plan (Norwegian: MOP) (where required), and a description of each individual assignment based on the attached description of quantity. It must be possible to use the contracts for call-offs with description amounts.
It must be possible to use the contracts for projects that we will mainly engineer ourselves, projects that are brought forward when the time for implementation is correct, when other projects stop or urgent projects. In addition there will be minor assignments for improvements to the water and sewage network.
It must be possible to use the contracts for assignments up to NOK 15,000,000 excluding VAT per call-off. The framework agreements' total value is, however, NOK 150,000,000 excluding VAT.
VAV reserves the right to:
• hold separate contests for water and sewage installations for conventional excavation and bulging including the re-establishment of roads and green areas, establishment/renovation/alteration of single manholes, and large manholes cast on site, such as measuring and reducing manholes in the framework agreement period.
• enter into other framework agreements that partially overlap the framework agreements.
