The listed building was erected in 1783 as a residence for the university and has been rebuilt for various users since 1826. Currently and in the future it is used as an administrative building for the Department of Human Resources and Pomeranian Dictionary. With the basic renovation, internal structures are to be reorganized and adapted to the requirements of fire, building, monument, occupational health and safety as well as building physics. In addition to accessibility, the building must have an attractive, external appearance.

In accordance with the VgV 2016, the planning contract is awarded via a negotiated procedure with a participation competition. The order is placed with the applicant who can be expected to provide the best possible service on the basis of his offer.
According to HOAI 2013, 1st Amendment Ordinance of 02.12.2020 §§ 33-37, the commissioned planner must provide work phases 2-4.
The further commissioning of the service levels takes place in stages, but is reserved and takes place in writing.
The necessary capacities to realize the target dates must be available.
