Loeberfeld barracks Erfurt, reconstruction of service building 006, project planning

The Löberfeld barracks Erfurt is located in the south of the state capital, about 3 km from the center, the historic old town, and the main train station. Building 006 is located in the Löberfeld barracks Erfurt. It was built between 1934 and 1936 and has been used for military purposes ever since. The building was fundamentally renovated in 1995 and adapted to the needs of the German armed forces at the time. With the decision of the Federal Minister of Defence on 26.10.2011, the Bundeswehr's logistics command was put into service in the Löberfeld barracks Erfurt. The construction project Conversion of Service Building 006 serves to produce the required infrastructure. The construction project mainly involves the renovation of the interiors, corridors and staircases.

For this purpose, the services of object planning are tendered for architectural services.

The procurement includes the assignment and commissioning of property planning services, architectural services according to Part 3, §§ 33 ff of the HOAI 2021, with service phases 2 to 4 and, subsequently, the further phased commissioning of the further service phases 5 to 9 HOAI, if necessary.

Building 006 is located in the Löberfeld barracks in Erfurt (see Appendix 2.0). It was built between 1934 and 1936 and has been used for military purposes ever since. The building was fundamentally renovated in 1995 and adapted to the needs of the German armed forces at the time. With the decision of the Federal Minister of Defence on 26.10.2011, the Bundeswehr's logistics command was put into service in the Löberfeld barracks Erfurt. The Reconstruction Building 006 construction project serves to implement the required infrastructure.

Building 006 is a 3-storey masonry structure with a full basement with a floor area of 72.50 x 16.70 m and a pitched roof, designed as a hipped roof. The KG's floor height is 2.55 m, the other floors are 3.55 m each. Access is via two stairwells and the connected middle floor, from which all rooms can be reached (see Attachments 2.1 to 2.4 procurement documents). The condition of the existing building fabric is assessed as good. The existing facade, window and roof components are basically to be preserved.

The construction project mainly involves the renovation of the interiors, corridors and staircases. The required space and space requirements should be implemented in the existing floor plan, if possible. The sanitary facilities currently available on the gable sides must be dismantled and rebuilt in the middle of the building. A technical room for the ventilation system is being created in the attic. The rest remains unused.

In principle, the guidelines for sustainable construction must be applied to Bundeswehr construction measures. The assessment of the building according to the Sustainable Construction rating system (BNB certification) does not have to be carried out.

The specialist planning services are advertised and bound separately, regardless of the architectural services.

The planning requirements are estimated as average and the fee zone with HZ III for the construction project was determined accordingly.
