Description:
Dar 3 - processing and valuation of the results relating to the study program on the pathology of sanitation structures

The contract is awarded according to an open call for tenders procedure as provided for in article R. 2124-2 1 ° of the public procurement code. The form retained for the execution of the contract is a single-beneficiary framework agreement with purchase orders with minimum and maximum, in accordance with articles R. 2162-2 paragraph 2, R. 2162-4 1º and R. 2162-6 of public order code:

- minimum amount: 500,000 EUR excluding tax,

- maximum amount: 2,000,000 EUR excluding tax.

This contract is concluded for a period of four years from the date of notification.
