The subject of the order is successive supply of diesel fuel intended for the propulsion of compression ignition engines used on city buses in an amount of not less than 4 000 000 liters (4 000m3).
The oil offered must meet at least the quality requirements for physico-chemical parameters set out in the SWZ.
Polish Standard PN-EN 590+A 1:2017-06 Fuel for motor vehicles — diesel oils- requirements and test methods.

At each delivery, the Contractor will require the Contractor to submit an up-to-date certificate of quality (certificate) of the purchased fuel issued by a certified laboratory, confirming the conformity of the offered product with standards and determining the physico-chemical parameters of the fuel and also one time Safety Data Sheet for Dangerous Substance — at the first delivery of diesel fuel. In the event of a change in the standards and provisions referred to in point 3, the oil offered must comply with the amended standards and regulations.
The diesel fuel offered must be microbiologically clean and resistant throughout the year to possible biological contamination in gas station tanks and buses.
Total order volume 4,000,000 liters (4,000m3).
This quantity depends on the tasks performed (transport work) and the quantity of rolling stock. Diesel fuel will be 100% used by the Ordering Party for its own purposes.
The minimum size of a single delivery is approximately 10,000 litres (10m3) and will be carried out sporadically in the event of a breakdown at the petrol station or during the winter. The size of a single delivery that will be ordered except for the case described above: 25-32m3.
The specified amount of fuel demand of the Ordering Party during the term of the contract may be increased by a maximum of 25% without the need to conclude an annex to the contract. The indicated tolerance regarding the volume of fuel being the subject of the contract should be understood as the right of option within the meaning of the provision of Article 441 of the Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party reserves the right to unilaterally under the law on the Ordering Party indicates that the minimum amount of performance specified in the contract will be 50% of the amount of m3 of diesel oil indicated above.
The volume of supplies will be determined in m3.
Reception of the supplied diesel fuel at the service station will be based on indications of the Veeder Root control and measurement system installed at the service station, after prior committal inspection of the Contractor's seals (set on infusions and drain valves or the entire drain box instead drain valves in the autocystern assuming that there is no possibility to reach infusions and drains without first opening the cover of the autocystern box). Based on the results of the measurement probe, the Commission will draw up an appropriate protocol and determine the amount of fuel accepted to be billed.
Delivery quantitative settlement will be based on volume units, at a reference temp. +150C.
The equipment used to measure the filling height (quantities of diesel fuel) in fuel tanks, as well as the fuel tanks themselves will have valid certificates of legalization issued by the competent measuring authorities during the execution of the order.
The diesel tank of the fuel station PKM Sp. z o.o. in Świerklańiec is an underground, two-chamber tank with a capacity of chambers: 25 228 liters and 25,384 liters. The filling status of the tanks monitors the installed control and measurement system. Unloading fuel from the autocystern is carried out by gravitational means.
Other conditions, including the detailed manner of delivery and the required documents are set out in the contract model (Annex 6 to SWZ)
