The contractor shall ensure the transport of persons seeking protection from the LEA to the designated accommodation facilities. The contractor must hold a permit for occasional bus services in accordance with §§ 48, 49 PBefG.

The main destinations of the so-called regular trips will be the EAEs in the state of NRW. At present, these are: Bielefeld, Bonn, Essen, Cologne, Mönchengladbach and Unna. Changes to the EAE locations within NRW are possible. In addition, journeys within NRW to other accommodation facilities (Central Accommodation Facilities (ZUE) or

Emergency shelters (NU)). Commuting between individual facilities (EAE, ZUE, NU) is also possible. In addition, regular trips to train stations in the region (e.g. Bochum, Essen, Dortmund) will be carried out for persons seeking protection who have to travel to other federal states. Furthermore, regular trips to hospitals and

doctors in the region. The hospital or doctor's trips may also include accompanying the persons seeking protection until registration.

In rare cases, journeys to other reception facilities in Germany (forwarding trips) or other arrival points (pick-up trips) within the federal territory (e.g. airports) will be incurred. These trips can be ordered from the contractor with a lead time of 24 hours until the scheduled departure (from LEA).
