The subject of this contract is the delivery and assembly together with the design and commissioning of 20 gas boilers and 19 biomass boilers (pellets) as part of the comprehensive implementation of the investment task entitled "Replacement of heat sources in the Municipality of Sochaczew". Each installation will produce thermal energy for its own needs of the building in which it will be installed. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the manner of performing the task can be found in the Functional and Utility Program in PDF format (hereinafter: PFU) – constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ.

The subject of this contract is the delivery and assembly together with the design and commissioning of 20 gas boilers and 19 biomass boilers (pellets) as part of the comprehensive implementation of the investment task entitled "Replacement of heat sources in the Municipality of Sochaczew". Each installation will produce thermal energy for its own needs of the building in which it will be installed. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the manner of performing the task can be found in the Functional and Utility Program in PDF format (hereinafter: PFU) – constituting Annex 1 to SWZ5.4 The Contractor will perform in particular the following works as part of the contract:

1) Execution of construction, executive and as-built projects of the sanitary industry (especially in the case of pellet boilers).

2) Obtaining all opinions, arrangements, permits and other documents required by specific provisions necessary for the conduct of construction and assembly work.

3) Preparation of technical specifications for performance and acceptance of works.

4) Provide the necessary equipment, wires, fittings and materials.

5) Execution of the full range of works included in the projects.

6) Conducting authorial supervision within the framework of the work carried out.

7) Execution of the necessary accompanying works (e.g. organizing a construction site, construction facilities, ordering the site after work, etc.).

8) Execution of a detailed test plan and boot systems.

9) Commissioning and commissioning and commissioning of boiler rooms, pipelines and heat networks for operation.

10) Training of future users of installations immediately after their commissioning.

11) Execution of instructions for use of the modernized boiler room, network and heat switchboards.

12) Performing maintenance services during the warranty period.

13) Payment of compensation for damage caused by the Contractor during the construction works to the owners of the plots on which the works were carried out.

14) Repair or covering the costs of repairs of equipment and technical networks damaged by the Contractor in the building.
