The plot of land to be built has a total area of approx. 4,800 m 2nd , with only a partial area of approx. 2,500 m 2nd can be used for the construction project. Particular attention is paid to the economical use of space and the handling of the historical building fabric.

Markt Gaimersheim is expected to commission the HLS technical equipment service section (Sections 53ff HOAI - 2013), in stages, service phases 1-9.

Planning begins immediately after the assignment.

The target for construction is autumn 2021, with completion scheduled for the end of 2022.
