The subject of this contract is the purchase of electricity for facilities indicated in Annexes 1a and 1b to SWZ, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy law, Civil Code and executive regulations issued on their basis.
Part I order – purchase of electricity for facilities listed in Annex 1a to the SWZ The estimated demand for electricity in the period from 01.09.2023 to 31.12.2023 is 123 365.00 kWh.
Part II order – purchase of electricity for facilities listed in Annex 1b to SWZ The estimated demand for electricity in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2025 is 49 434 388.00 kWh.
Part I of the contract – purchase of electricity for facilities listed in Annex 1a to the SWZPart I order – purchase of electricity for facilities listed in Annex 1a to the SWZ:
The estimated electricity demand in the period from 01.09.2023 to 31.12.2023 is 123 365.00 kWh.
The estimated value of the contract in the period from 01.09.2023 to 31.12.2023 is PLN 97,458.35.
The performance of the activities arising from the power of attorney constituting part 1 of the Designed Agreement (part 4.1 of SWZ), in particular the Contractor obliges the Contractor to notify the designated Distribution System Operator to implement the sales contract concluded with the Contractor electricity, the submission of statements of will and the determination on behalf of the Contracting Authority of all necessary information in the field of termination of the existing contract for the sale of electricity and the provision of distribution services (comprehensive agreement), representation of the Contracting Authority before the competent Operator of the Distribution System in matters related to the conclusion of a distribution service contract.
The Ordering Party informs that the process of changing the seller for most collection points takes place once again. All customers are entitled to benefit from the maximum electricity price within the meaning of Article 2(1)(b) of the Act of 27 October 2022 on emergency measures aimed at limiting electricity prices and support for certain customers in 2023. Customers will attach to the agreements concluded as a result of these proceedings the STATEMENT OF THE ELIGIBLE CUSTOMER referred to in Article 2 point 2 letters b-e of the Act of 27 October 2022 on emergency measures aimed at limiting electricity prices and support for certain customers in 2023 (Journal of Laws, item 2243). Detailed information is contained in Annex 1a.
Part II of the contract – purchase of electricity for facilities listed in Annex 1b to the SWZPart II order – purchase of electricity for facilities listed in Annex 1b to the SWZ:
The estimated electricity demand in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2025 is 49 434 388.00 kWh.
The estimated value of the contract in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2025 is PLN 44,490,949.20.
The performance of the activities arising from the power of attorney constituting Annex 1 to the proposed provisions of the Agreement (Annex No 4.1 to SWZ), in particular the Contractor obliges the Contractor to notify the indicated operator of the distribution system to implement the sales contract concluded with the Contractor electricity, the submission of statements of will and the determination on behalf of the Contracting Authority of all necessary information in the field of termination of the existing contract for the sale of electricity and the provision of distribution services (comprehensive agreement), representation of the Contracting Authority before the competent operator of the distribution system in matters relating to the conclusion of the distribution services contract.
