This consultation aims at the award of the public contract relating to the implementation and management by a banking and financial institution of housing assistance services in the form of subsidized real estate loans for the benefit of Météo France staff in Metropolitan France and in addition - sea for the financing: of a permanent and immediate construction; an acquisition (with or without work); a repurchase of cash balances or work directly and solely related to housing, excluding non-adjoining buildings; work directly and solely related to housing. This excludes non-adjoining constructions. This mainly concerns structural work and constructions included on the right-of-way of the land on which the dwelling is built. The construction must be made with “hard” materials. This excludes temporary, modular or kit structures.
