Coillte Forest hereby invites applications for admission to this framework agreement. Coillte Forest is using an open procedure to establish the framework agreement. Any interested party is entitled to submit a tender application for admission to the framework. If you wish to apply for admission to the framework, you must first register on Coillte's Supplier Management System (SMS). All tender applications for admission to the Framework for Professional Ecological Services must be submitted through Coillte's SMS, by logging on and completing all of the requested information.

Selection of service suppliers for inclusion in the framework will be based on suitability in terms of qualifications, experience and cost.
