The purpose of this framework agreement is to reserve cots in an inter-company crèche located less than 20 minutes on foot from the Météo-France site in Saint-Mandé. The parties involved may not make any substantial changes to the terms set out in this framework agreement.

The service provides for the reservation of cots in a collective or inter-company crèche, located less than 20 minutes on foot from the Météo-France site in Saint-Mandé. The reservation of cots is intended for the reception of young children aged ten weeks and at most until their third birthday or when they enter kindergarten. The reception structure must be located less than 20 minutes on foot from the Météo-France site, 73 avenue de Paris in Saint-Mandé. The place of reception must be able to receive children for at least 47 weeks in the year of the framework agreement. Reception days are Monday to Friday. The holder indicates in the appendix of this book of the particular clauses the days of opening of his structure. Reception hours must have a maximum amplitude. Also, the holder indicates in the annex of this book of special clauses the opening hours of his structure.
