The subject of the contract is the supply of natural gas and the provision of distribution services to facilities in the military complexes administered by the 41st Infantry Division. Air Force Base in Dęblin.

The contract is divided into 14 tasks (parts) specified in the Terms of Reference and in the offer form – Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference.

The supplied gaseous fuel must meet quality standards in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law, executive acts, the Distribution and Transmission Network Operation and Operation Manual and Polish Standards. In the event of failure to meet the quality standards in the scope of the subject of the contract, the Seller is obliged to grant a discount on the terms specified in the regulations.
The consumption of natural gas indicated in the Description of the subject matter of the contract and the Offer Form – Appendix No. 1 and 2 of the Terms of Reference is indicative and may differ from the actual amount of gas consumed during the term of the contract. The Ordering Party/Recipient stipulates that during the term of the contract, the estimated quantities of gaseous fuel may change. The Ordering Party/Recipient is not obliged to use the above quantities in full, and consumption higher than estimated will not result in any additional charges (apart from fees for consumed gas fuel with meter readings), the Ordering Party/Recipient does not specify the minimum level of gas use
The rates of distribution fees must be in accordance with the current tariff of the local DSO and may change during the execution of the order if the tariff of the local DSO changes. For the purposes of conducting this procedure and comparing the offers, the Sellers/Suppliers in the calculation of the offer will use the current (as at the date of submission of the offers) values of rates indicated in the tariff of the local DSO for the entire period of contract performance.
