The subject of the contract is the construction of a pedestrian and bicycle route at Odrzykońska Street on the section from Bł. Karoliny to Żmigrodzka Street - stage II in km from 0+043.60 to 0+131, including: - construction of a pedestrian and bicycle path with a width of 3.5 m - asphalt surface, - construction of a fragment of pavement with a paving surface, - reconstruction of the exit, - reconstruction of existing drainage devices located in the road lane, - reconstruction of street lighting - in accordance with the scope of PW-electrical industry - stage II, - reconstruction of MV-15kV power cable lines - in accordance with the scope of PW-industry electrical - stage II, - construction of a technological channel from well S3 to S4 - in accordance with the scope of PW-electrical industry - stage II. Construction works will be carried out on the basis of two notifications of intention to perform construction works that do not require a building permit: 1) Certificate, AR-P.6743.19.79.2022.AW mark of 10.10.2022. 2) Certificate, AR-P.6743.19.126.2022.AW mark of 06.12.2022. The basis for the valuation is a separate bill of quantities (Electronic offer cost estimate - EKO) for stage II of the investment. The contractor shall take into account in the offer the material benefits resulting from the acquisition of demolition materials.
