The description of the subject of the order is, in accordance with the requirements of art. 31 of the Public Procurement Law, project documentation and technical specification of performance and acceptance of construction works. The documentation consists of files in folders to which access has been indicated in the announcement on the Employer's website dedicated to the subject proceedings.

The subject of the contract are construction works related to thermo-modernization carried out at: 1st degree Music School in Złotów, al. Piast 31.77-400 Złotów, POLAND

The description of the subject of the order is, in accordance with the requirements of art. 31 of the Public Procurement Law, project documentation and technical specification of performance and acceptance of construction works. The documentation consists of files in folders to which access has been indicated in the announcement on the Employer's website dedicated to the subject proceedings.

In particular, the contractor is obliged to carry out the following works:

a) Insulation of external walls.

b) Insulation of walls below the ground.

c) Replacement of external joinery.

d) Roof insulation.

e) Soundproofing the walls and ceiling of room 1.4.

f) Replacement of the central heating installation

g) Reconstruction of the substation.

h) Replacement of electrical installations with the replacement of lighting fittings for energy-efficient LEDs.

i) Construction of the BMS system.

The Employer recommends that Contractors (at their own expense, on dates agreed with the director of the facility) have a local vision.

This proceeding is part of the project of the Art Education Center in Warsaw implemented by the Employer - the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage. "Comprehensive energy modernization of selected state-owned art schools in Poland"
