The framework agreement with purchase orders is of a composite nature, which breaks down the candidate's mission as follows:- a part Framework agreement whose object would be: specific technical missions and in particular thermal studies, site monitoring in the context of rehabilitation or construction operations.- An ordinary market part whose object would be: the renewal of the heating operation market as well as the monitoring of this market.
