The subject of the contract is: - construction of underground retention tanks with a dry pump chamber, technological equipment and ventilation installation, - construction of a retention and infiltration tank, - adaptation of existing water reservoirs, - construction of a technological chamber with a rainwater pretreatment system with ventilation installation, air dryer installation and heating, - implementation of energy supply and control of tanks and technological chamber, - construction gravity storm water drainage, - construction of pressure pipes, - construction of water supply pipes, - construction of gravitational sanitary sewage system, - construction of outlets, - construction of rainwater and meltwater pre-treatment plant, - reconstruction of the existing utilities colliding with the planned investment, - liquidation of the existing inactive utilities of the area colliding with the planned investment, - reconstruction of road surfaces after works related to the implementation of the contract, - construction of exits and access roads, - restoration of green areas, - execution and implementation of executive projects of temporary traffic organization, - felling of trees and shrubs, replacement plantings, - preparation of as-built documentation.

Part 1 of the contract covers the execution of construction works specified in the tasks: 1) C2_K8K9_4.13 "Rain channel no. 1 in Jagiellońska street and in Krakowska street to property no. 18 and 21 along with the reconstruction of the water, sanitary and gas network", 2) C2_K8K9_4.13 "Rain channel ø0.6m in Krakowska street – replacement of the existing rain channel on the section from property no. 18 and 21 to the Brda river – section 1", 3) C2_K8K9_4.13 "Construction of a new outlet to the Brda River in Bydgoszcz", 4) C2_K18K30_5.2b_5.4 "Expansion of the rainwater sewage system in Bydgoszcz in the area of Kard. Stefana Wyszyńskiego", 5) C2_K35_8.1 "Construction of rainwater and meltwater treatment plant before the existing outlet W-55a to the Brda River in the area of Szamarzewskiego Street in Bydgoszcz", 6) C3_K83_8.5 "Construction of a section of rainwater sewage system – outlet to the Młynówka River in Przyrzecze Street in Bydgoszcz", including m.in.: - rain sewers with avg. 1.25x0.75m; 0.9m; 0.6m; 0.4m with a total length of 291m, - rainwater treatment plants, - outlets. Part 2 of the contract covers the execution of construction works specified in the tasks: 1) C2_K45_9.1 "Adaptation of a water reservoir for the purposes of rainwater drainage system with network connections and outlet in the area of Muszlowa and Plankton streets in Bydgoszcz", 2) C2_K45_9.2 "Adaptation of water reservoir No. 2 for rainwater drainage purposes with network connections and outlet in the area of Głębinowa Street in Bydgoszcz", 3) C2_K45_9.3 "Construction of retention reservoir no. 3 with network connections, facility installations and rainwater and meltwater treatment system in the area of Kolbego Street in Bydgoszcz", including m.in.: - adaptations of natural reservoirs, - outlets, - rainwater treatment plant, - retention reservoir with a capacity of 1019m3, A detailed description of the subject of the contract was presented in the OPZ.

Part 3 of the contract covers the execution of construction works specified in the tasks: 1) C2_K45K61_11.2 - "Construction of retention reservoir No. 1 with network connections and object installations in the area of Grunwaldzka Street in Bydgoszcz", 2) C2_K45K61_11.3 - "Construction of retention reservoir No. 2 with network connections and object installations in the area of Grunwaldzka and Skośna streets in Bydgoszcz", 3) C2_K45K61_11.5 - "Development of the rainwater sewage system in the area of Grunwaldzka Street in Bydgoszcz", including m.in.: - retention tanks with a capacity of 384 m3 and 481 m3, - infiltration retention tank with a capacity of 101 m3 A detailed description of the subject of the contract is presented in the OPZ.
