The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of collecting municipal waste from real estate where residents live and real estate on which there are summer cottages or other real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes in the Kroczyce Commune in the years 2024 – 2025 and the management of this waste.
The procurement is the collection and management of the municipal waste stream in a way that ensures adequate levels of recycling are achieved, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and reducing the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage within the entrusted task.
The Contractor is obliged to handle waste in a manner consistent with the principles of waste management.
In particular, the order includes:
I. Receipt of waste directly from property with waste breakdown:
1) mixed,
2) paper,
(3) metal, including metal packaging waste, plastics, including plastic packaging waste and multi-material packaging waste;
(4) glass, including glass packaging waste;
5. biodegradable waste, with particular regard to biowaste, including packaging waste which is biodegradable if not composted;
6) furniture and other bulky waste,
II. Collection of waste from the point of selective collection of municipal waste (PSZOK):
1) From the point of selective collection of municipal waste, the Contractor will be obliged to collect such municipal waste as:
(a) expired medicines and chemicals,
(b) used batteries and batteries,
(c) consumed electrical and electronic equipment,
d) construction and demolition waste from households from renovations and other construction works,
(e) worn tyres,
(f) other hazardous waste secreted from the stream of municipal waste,
(g) paper,
(h) metal, including packaging waste of metal, plastics, including plastic packaging waste and multi-plant packaging waste,
(i) glass,
(j) biodegradable waste, including green waste and biowaste,
(k) large-sized waste,
(l) waste ineligible for household medical waste as a result of intake of medicinal products by injection and monitoring of blood substances, in particular needles and syringes.
(m) textiles and clothing – ensuring take-back from 1 January 2025 onwards.
2) The Contractor is obliged to collect waste from PSZOK as needed, but at least once a month.
III. Equipment of real estate with containers used for collecting municipal waste:
a. For property on which 1 or 2 persons resides — at least 120 l,
b. for the property on which 3 to 5 persons resides — at least 240 litres,
c. for property on which 6 to 10 persons resides — at least 360 l (or interchangeably 240 l +120 l),
d. For the property on which 11 to 20 persons resides — 1100 l, accepting for each next 10 persons a container with a capacity of 1100 l.
IV. Equipping the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) with containers.
V. Frequency of receiving municipal waste from real estate according to the rules set out below:
1. Mixed municipal waste shall be collected from the premises in mixed municipal waste collection containers with the following frequency:
- in the months of November to March:
(a) for single-family property — once a month,
b) for multi-family property — once every two weeks.
- in the months of April to October:
a) for single-family housing – twice a month,
b) for multi-family property — once a week.
2. Separately collected waste from paper, glass, and collectively collected waste plastic, metal and multi-material packaging collected separately in appropriate foil bags with the following frequency:
(a) for single-family property — once a month,
b) for multi-family property — once every two weeks.
3. Biodegradable waste collected in suitable film bags shall be collected with the following frequency:
- in the months of November to March:
(a) for single-family property — once a month,
b) for multi-family property — once every two weeks.
- in the months of April to October:
c) for single-family housing – twice a month,
d) for multi-family property — once a week.
4. large-sized waste — at least one time in a year.
