Joint - R&M and Voids Lotted Framework Contract 2022 – 2026 with Milnbank and Reidvale Housings Associations

The successful contractors will enter into separate contracts, one with each Client. The contracts are not interdependent.

Location: Milnbank and Reidvale Housings Associations existing and any new stock.

Multi Trade Works - including any combination of trades but must include Joiner, Electrician, Plumbing, Painter, Builder, Roofer & Plasterer works (including out of hours cover) and Voids. Can also include Kitchen & Bathroom renewal works

Fencing - to inc any type of metal and timber fencing and associated works

Joinery - Can also include Kitchen renewal works

Plumbing - not gas service or heating but can also include Bathroom renewal works

Electrical - including Door Entry, TV Aerials and Electrical Heating works

Painterworks - internal and external as required

Plasterworks - all aspects of taping, filling and plastering

Roofing Works - all aspects flat, tiles and slates inc leadwork

Builderwork - all aspects inc groundworks

Drainage Works - including Jetting, Clearing & Camera works
