The subject of the contract is to provide comprehensive banking services for the budget of the Municipality of Polkowice and its organizational units for a period of 48 months from the date of conclusion of the contract (but not earlier than from October 1, 2023). 1. Banking services should cover the Municipality of Polkowice and organizational units (budgetary units: 15, budgetary establishment: 1), as well as each time a newly created organizational unit of the Commune.

The subject of the contract is to provide comprehensive banking services for the budget of the Municipality of Polkowice and its organizational units for a period of 48 months from the date of conclusion of the contract (but not earlier than from October 1, 2023).

1. Banking services should cover the Municipality of Polkowice and organizational units (budgetary units: 15, budgetary establishment: 1), as well as each time a newly created organizational unit of the Commune.

A detailed summary containing historical statistical data on the volume and value of banking services that the municipality has used and intends to use in the future can be found in the annex to the SWZ. The information contained in the list was provided on the basis of statistical data for 2022.

The Ordering Party reserves that account balances, the number of operations, bank accounts, payment cards, POS terminals, electronic banking stations and other services provided as part of the service may change during the term of the contract. Changes may result from the following circumstances:

1) change of law,

2) the emergence of new technological solutions,

3) creation of new organizational units or organizational changes at the Ordering Party,

4) implementation of new tasks or projects,

5) implementation of projects co-financed from external funds,

6) other events affecting the activities of the municipality.

Comprehensive banking services for the budget of the Municipality of Polkowice and its organizational units include, in particular:

1) Opening and maintaining bank accounts.

2) Interest on cash.

3) Making short-term credit available in the current account of the budget.

4) Providing an electronic banking system.

5) Execution of domestic and foreign transfer orders from the accounts of the Ordering Party and its organizational units (submitted electronically and on paper).

6) Provision of mass payment services.

7) Providing cost-free cash services in the scope of own payments and withdrawals of the Ordering Party and payments of the municipality's contractors (third parties) to it, without charging it with any fees in this respect.

8) Accepting payments to the Ordering Party via POS terminals.

9) Issuing and handling of payment cards.

10) Generating and transferring bank statements to the Ordering Party and its organizational units.

11) Providing a bank advisor dedicated to cooperation with the Contracting Authority, including its organizational units.

12) Issuing documents in the scope resulting from banking service.
