The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from the owners of real estate where residents from the city and commune of Radzyń Chełmiński live, in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ and the draft agreement constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ
The subject of the Order is:
1) collection and management of municipal waste from the owners of real estate on which
residents from the area of the city and municipality of Radzyń Chełmiński,
2) conducting at least 2 collections (one collection per half a year) of bulky waste
and waste electrical and electronic equipment from property owners in the city and municipality of Radzyń Chełmiński,
3) installation and equipment of the Municipal Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in the place indicated by the ordering party,
4) collection and management of waste from the Municipal Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point,
5) equipping residential properties with containers for collecting municipal waste,
6) preparing and submitting the reports referred to in the Act on Maintaining Cleanliness
and order in municipalities and reports on the service provided,
7) developing and informing property owners about the waste collection schedule.
