In the town of Aschersleben, the construction of a residential complex as well as a commercial unit is planned on the backwidth 5-7 property. Ascherslebener Building- und Wohnungsgesellschaft mbH is owned This is the client for the planned construction project. The planned new construction project is divided into three buildings with a total of 20 residential units as well as a commercial unit and an underground car park. The formerly existing development was essentially cleared up. Remains of the buildings may still be left in the building plot. The aim is to close the street front again and restore the historic street space or inner-city fabric. The plot size is 1,882 square meters. The district will receive a total of between 20-25 parking spaces in an underground car park. The underground car park is reached via a driveway in the ground floor at the back width. The documents for the building permit have been coordinated in cooperation with historical preservation and urban planning and are currently in preparation.
1. Service phases 1 to 9 according to § 55 HOAI for plant groups 1 to 3 HLS according to § 53 HOAI
The service content should be basic services of the individual service phases in accordance with Annex 15 (to § 55 Paragraph 3, § 56 Paragraph 3) HOAI. A precise description of services can be found in the attached contract template.

2. Service phases 1 to 7 according to HOAI Appendix 1, 1.2.2 Service profile building physics
The service content should be all basic services of the aforementioned service phases according to HOAI Appendix 1, 1.2.2 Performance picture of building physics.
Gradual commissioning is planned:
Stage 1: Service phases 1 to 6 (creation of HU-Bau) HLS according to § 55 HOAI and performance phase 1 to 5 according to HOAI annex 1 point 1.2.2 (building physics)
Stage 2: Service phases 6 to 9 HLS according to § 55 HOAI and performance phase 6 to 7 according to HOAI annex 1 point 1.2.2 (building physics)
