The subject of the contract is the service entitled Monitoring: fauna passages, fences, tanks for amphibians, bird deaths and plantings

in the area of the A1 motorway from the border of the Łódzkie/Śląskie Voivodeship to the Rząsawa junction (km 399+742 - 417+530).

The subject of the contract is the service entitled "Monitoring: faunal crossings, fences, reservoirs for amphibians, bird deaths and plantings in the area of the A1 motorway from the border of the Łódzkie / Śląskie Voivodeship to the Rząsawa junction (km 399+742 - 417+530)". The service will be performed in four stages described in detail in the Description of the Subject of the Order. The Contractor is obliged to develop and submit to the Contracting Authority the results of field and study works from each of the stages referred to above in accordance with the terms and deadlines specified in this Agreement and the Description of the subject of the contract. The scope of the task includes the following works: 1. Monitoring the use of animal crossings along the A1 motorway from the border of the Łódzkie / Śląskie Voivodeship to the Rząsawa junction (without a junction) and within the DL-7 local road, assessment of the technical condition and environmental conditions of animal crossings - along with the installation and maintenance of animal tracking lanes and the development of documentation. 2. Monitoring of the tightness of protective fences and monitoring of the presence and security status of anthropogenic traps that may cause animal entrapment along the A1 motorway from the border of the Łódzkie/Śląskie Voivodeship to the Rząsawa junction (without a junction) and within the DL-7 local road, including evacuation of endangered animals and their release to appropriate habitats and preparation of documentation. 3. Monitoring of bird deaths as a result of collisions with acoustic screens along the A1 motorway from the border of the Łódzkie/Śląskie Voivodeship to the Rząsawa junction (without the junction) - along with the development of documentation. 4. Monitoring of settlement of replacement reservoirs for amphibians in the area of the A1 motorway from the border of the Łódzkie/Śląskie Voivodeship to the Rząsawa junction (without the junction) - along with the development of documentation. 5. Monitoring of the condition of vegetation plantings in the vicinity of fauna passages and acoustic screens within the A1 motorway from the border of the Łódzkie / Śląskie Voivodeship to the Rząsawa junction (without a junction) and within the local road DL-7 - along with the development of documentation.
