As part of the Tram'Bus project, work must be done on the Chronoplus depot site. On the one hand, the extension of the depot is planned to allow the storage and charging of electric vehicles during the night. On the other hand, heavy work of rehabilitation and reorganization of spaces are to be carried out on all existing (workshops, offices, storage, roads) to ensure a full compliance with the standards. The overall project management was entrusted to the team composed of the architectural firm "Atelier 114" and the Oteis design office. This consultation consists of 4 lots.

This consultation concerns only the 1 re part of the work which aims the work of the deposit to accommodate the future trambus which will be put in service. It includes 4 lots:

- lot 1, VRD,

- lot 2, structural work / masonry - waterproofing,

- lot 3 metal frame / cladding / locksmithing / roofing,

- lot 4 electricity / strong currents / low currents.
