The contract covers group health care insurance (hospitalization and serious illness) for active agents of the Province of Namur as well as active agents of other contracting authorities. This contract is also proposed via the provincial central purchasing authority for the purchase of services by other contracting authorities (hereinafter referred to as 'beneficiary contracting authorities' or 'PAB').

Concerning specifically the Province of Namur, health care insurance also covers the staff of the Château de Namur Board, agents, teaching staff or active staff subsidized by the French community, pensioners, children and spouse or similar persons listed above. Reference is made to the technical clauses for further clarification.

Recipient contracting authorities are free to extend coverage to staff who are not obligatorily affiliated in accordance with technical clauses.
