European telematic open procedure tender for the assignment of the school lunch service for kindergartens and primary schools of the municipality of Rieti

The Municipality of Rieti has decided to entrust with open procedure the school lunch services for kindergartens and primary schools of the municipality of Rieti.

The duration of the contract, excluding any options, is established in 3 (three) school years, according to the relative calendar, for the years 2023/2024 - 2024/2025 - 2025/2026 starting from the activation of the service.

This open telematic procedure will be awarded by the Municipality of Rieti to a single and indivisible lot, according to the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer, identified on the basis of the best value for money, pursuant to art. 60 and 95 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 ss.mm.ii.

Any request for clarification relating to the tender procedure in question must be made electronically through the section of the management platform of the telematic purchasing procedures reserved for the request for clarification,

at least 10 days before the closing date for the submission of tenders. Requests for clarification must be made exclusively in Italian.
