We require a contractor to carry out cleaning and estate services in our East Kent properties and the surrounding area. All properties and areas affected by this service are to be maintained to a minimum of a ‘B’ standard, as specified in the House Mark Photobook.

We require somebody to provide cleaning and estate services to properties within our East Kent housing stock and the surrounding areas. All areas covered by this service are to be maintained to a minimum of a B standard, at all times, as specified within the House Mark Photobook. The contract is for a fixed period of 3 years, with the option to extend for a further 2 years.
