Execution and design of training courses to prepare for certifications according to IPMA standards

This project is about conducting project management training in the area of business skills, more precisely training in preparation for internationally recognized certifications for competency-based project management according to IPMA standard or equivalent. The knowledge, as well as the skills acquired, should be proven in an in-house assessment by means of interviews, written simulation, written examination and, if necessary, a workshop.

Creation of concepts, including the development of trainer and participant documents. In order to improve the sustainability of learning among participants and to increase the transfer to everyday working life, the seminars can also be held as blended learning events in the future. In addition, the trainings may be conducted online (as currently due to the corona pandemic).
