A contract is being tendered for the supply of waste bags in the context of Diftar (Diftar stands for differentiated rates) and waste bags for plastic packaging, cans and drinking packs. Waste bags that are used in public spaces.

A European tender under the open procedure has been chosen since the estimated contract value exceeds the threshold of European procurement.

The purpose of the tender is to conclude one (1) framework agreement for the delivery of various recycled collection bags for residual waste and for plastic packaging, cans and drinking packs to the aforementioned client.

The framework agreement has a term of two (2) years with an option to extend two (2) times one (1) year from 1.9.2020.

It concerns the supply of circular waste bags for the following purposes:

- waste bags under Diftar (Diftar stands for differentiated rates),

- waste bags for plastic packaging, cans and drinking packs,

- waste bags for waste collection in public places.

Below, the purchase forecast is divided between regular needs. The prognosis has been compiled with the greatest possible care, but cannot be regarded as a purchase guarantee and no rights can therefore be derived from it.

Order intake bags per year:

- waste bags 60 L translucent plastic + 3 700 000 pieces,

- waste bags 60 L orange plastic + 7 000 000 bags,

- waste bags 50 L green DIFTAR 1 500 000 bags,

- waste bags 50 L brown DIFTAR 140 000 bags,

- waste bags 50 L blue DIFTAR 280 000 bags,

- waste bags 25 L red DIFTAR 3 700 000 bags,

- waste bags 25 L brown DIFTAR 10 000 bags,

- waste bags 25 L blue DIFTAR 60 000 bags,

- waste bags 110 L translucent IBOR 285 000 pieces.
