The university town of Marburg intends to erect two modular buildings on the Richtsberg school site in Marburg.

A three-storey modular building (total gross floor area of approx. 1,920 sqm) is planned for the Richtsberg Comprehensive School (RGS). The comprehensive school is located on a total property with the Astrid Lindgren School (ALS), for which the construction of a modular building (three-storey, total gross floor area approx. 2,400 sqm) is also planned. These buildings are expected to be ready for occupancy by the end of the 2024 summer holidays.

For the planning and supervision of the preparatory foundation, civil engineering and development measures, as well as the redesign of the entire schoolyard area, an external engineering office is sought to carry out the object planning of civil engineering structures in accordance with § 43 HOAI in LPH 1-9 and the object planning of outdoor facilities in accordance with § 39 HOAI in LPH 1-9.

After a competition, which is evaluated on the basis of the applicant selection scoring matrix, 3-5 applicants will be selected to submit bids. The contract will be awarded to the best tender according to the award matrix.
