The purpose of the consultation is:-The construction and operation of analogue and digital lines and links,-subscriptions linked to operator access,-services linked to subscriptions,-routing of "Arrival" communications from all sources,-routing of "Departure" communications from all directions,-VPN access and associated services integrating voice transmission (Trunk Sip),- Internet access and associated services,-proactive monitoring of links. This is a single-awarding framework agreement, partly with a purchase order, partly with subsequent contracts, without minimum, with a maximum of 60,000 euro (s) (H.T.).
