The purpose of the contract is to provide disinsectisation and other hygiene services on the assets of Pau Béarn Habitat. It is divided into three lots: lot 1 - Disinsectization, lot 2 - Pest control and lot 3 - Bed bugs.

It will start on 1 January 2024 for a total duration of 4 financial years.

Lump sum package for prevention services, and purchase order for non-prevention services. The contract covers the private and common portions.

This lot concerns detection services and curative treatment of rat control and mouse control in common areas and private areas.

The services will only be punctual at the request of Pau Béarn Habitat by order forms. The maximum amount of these services over the total duration of the contract is €40,000. Their frequency cannot be predicted by the purchaser.

This lot concerns the detection and treatment of bed bugs in the common and private areas of Pau Béarn Habitat's residences.

The maximum amount of this lot over the total duration of the contract is estimated at €55,000.
